1925

Kramer is founded.

The Kramer brothers established the company in Gutmadingen. It quickly developed into one of the leading manufacturers of tractors. Over 10,000 machines were sold to the agricultural industry. 1925 also saw the production of the first farm tractor with a gasoline engine and 4 hp engine power

1935

Tractor production

It looks more and more like a tractor.

1940

Relocation to Überlingen

Start of tractor production at the Überlingen site.

Kramer all-wheel drive shovel loader

Kramer takes ALL-WHEEL shovel loaders into series production.

Kramer launches the new compact geniuses among wheel loaders on the market, the 550 and 650.

Start of the strategic alliance with John Deere.

On July 6, 2017, Kramer-Werke GmbH and John Deere GmbH & Co. KG announced that they were entering into a strategic alliance for the sale of telehandlers and wheel loaders under the Kramer brand for the agricultural industry.

The first telehandler with a stacking height of 10 meters is introduced.

Smart Attach

Smart Attach is a hydraulic quick coupler system combined with an automatic coupling system developed by Kramer.
